FAQS
Yes. We aim for an inclusive recruitment process. Please let us know if you require any adjustments ahead of the recruitment process.
We would need to carry out a DBS check for all roles within EMW. This would be carried out by the Disclosure and Barring Service. This level of vetting is consistent with the statutory requirements for all influential roles across the legal sector.
For the first stage you would be invited to either a Teams or face-to-face interview, this would usually last between 45 – 60 minutes.
We will also ask you to take part in a job-specific exercise or task on the day. We will let you know in good time what it would involve so you have time to prepare.
If all goes well then you would be invited to a second interview which would will be face-to-face, this can last between 45 – 60 minutes.
If successful at the second interview, you will hear from us with an offer of employment.
If you require any adjustment to our interview process please let us know.
Always look at our website for these deadlines and general information on these schemes, which has the most recent information available.
The majority of your Training will be based at our Milton Keynes office, but on occasions you will required to visit our other office locations too.
